Cannabidiol comes from cannabis or hemp. CBD contains significant amounts of cannabidiol and is made from the flowers, leaves and stalks of hemp. Hemp oil is made from the seeds of the cannabis plant. It is typically taken from industrial hemp plants and has very little THC.
