Yes, the jobs in this industry are increasing. Cannabis distributors and manufacturers saw a large job creation in 2018. The total number of jobs directly related to the cannabis industry was brought to 211,000. This includes both the medicinal and recreational sides. Job creation is expected to continue to grow since this industry is now the fastest growing labor market. This growth will continue as more states legalize cannabis.
