The first state to make history, with attempting to legalize Cannabis both medicinally and recreationally, will be South Dakota. This is Measure 26, on the November 3rd election ballot. People with medically determined debilitating conditions would be allowed to possess 3 grand of Cannabis, and grow up to 3 Cannabis plants.

The other 3 states to include the question of Cannabis Legalization will be: New Jersey, Arizona and Montana. This question is called Initiative 65. New Jersey was actually the first state to attempt to legalize cannabis, two years ago, but there were many social issues in question.
