Cannabis stocks are mostly higher after the head of the FDA promises talks in April on CBD Regulation. Relevant people will speak at public meetings on how to regulate CBD, the kind that\’s derived from hemp. Not included is the hemp legislation from the December 2018 Farm Bill.
