MemberThe announcement of the Coronavirus as a pandemic has raised the alarms and some panic in many parts of the world. Officials are hoping that they would rather have people over-prepare in these dangerous times than be caught spreading the virus irresponsibly. In many of the earlier infected countries, the numbers have been leveling off but there are still many others that have been increasing in casualties on a daily basis.
Desperate times invite desperate measures not only by officials in the government and health, but also businesses and marketers. There have already been many false claims made about certain supplements, medicine, and even CBD that stated these can help with preventing or helping battle the Coronavirus. Needless to say, all these claims are false.
CBD has great properties to help the body reduce certain pains and inflammation, aid the endocannabinoid system, and assist in handling moods such as anxiety, and stress as well as insomnia or quality of sleep. Some of these may coincide with helping your immune system and general health. For example, if you are only getting 4 hours of sleep each night, or you are ridden with anxiety throughout the day, your health can very well suffer from a direct result. So CBD can help in an ancillary fashion, but there has been no long term proof that it will directly make the body stronger and create a more effective immune system. There have been some studies that show CBD can help reduce self-harming autoimmune and inflammatory responses when working as an immune system modulator.
To help in the defense and handling of the Coronavirus, you are much better off boosting your immune system the natural way. Promote a healthier gut by incorporating products like high quality probiotics, and foods like fresh fruits, veggies, and soluble fibers. These should be a part of your daily diet regardless of the times we live in today. These components plus at least 7 hours of sleep, low stress/anxiety, proper exercise and mental stimulation can go a much longer way in helping you stay healthy and ready for anything by helping your body defend itself. -
