Texas lawmakers heard testimony today from a lot of people in support of a bill that would clear confusion over the legality of of CBD in the state. Witnesses also filled a hearing room at the state capitol to speak in favor of legalizing hemp farming in Texas. Their testimony included both the benefits to farmers if allowed to grow hemp and also the health benefits of CBD.
