HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
We use Priority Shipping or Ground with tracking via the United States Postal Service. This means you should receive your product within 3-4 days of ordering. This is an estimate and can not be guaranteed. You can track your package using the tracking information sent to you upon shipping. If you have not received your product and you did not receive tracking information please contact at support@cbdtweet.com.
WHY DID I NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL OR TRACKING INFORMATION?
Our system automatically sends confirmation emails as soon as an order is placed. In addition, we also send tracking numbers from USPS as soon as your product ships. If you did not receive either please check your spam folder. If it is not there then your firewall protection may be blocking our email. You can contact us at support@cbdtweet.com. and we will assist you further.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER SHOWS DELIVERED BUT I NEVER RECEIVED MY PACKAGE?
This happens from time to time. We fulfill the order and ship it Priority Mail and Ground via USPS, once the post office delivers we consider our job completed. However, if the package is missing, perhaps stolen this is bad news for everyone. You have two options, you can contact the post office and submit a claim, but they require you wait 7 days from the marked date of delivery. Or if you need assistance please contact us at support@cbdtweet.com.
REFUNDS
Refunds are provided for any items arriving in damaged condition. This includes open envelopes/packaging, broken bottles or containers, and leaks. Simply return the unused portion of the product(s) and we will investigate and execute the proper action for refund.
By making a purchase you are demonstrating a clear understanding that we are selling these products as containing CBD (cannabidiol) from hemp oil. IS CBD OIL LEGAL?
According to the 2014 Farm Bill, CBDTweet is permitted to ship our products to all 50 states and more than 40 countries. However, you may want to check your state laws in terms of legality. Remember, our products have very low to no detectable levels of THC. Often the restrictions, if any pertain to retailers more than consumers.
CAN I FAIL A DRUG TEST BY TAKING CBD OIL?
Most often when we test the oil it contains small traceable amounts of THC within the legal limit. Most drug tests are looking for 25mg or more to deliver a failed result on a drug test and that would be virtually impossible, even with trace amounts of THC. DOES THE CBD OIL TINCTURE TASTE GREAT?
We’ll have to be honest here and say that the oil tincture does not taste great for MOST people, especially if you have had no experience with any cannabis or hemp related products. It is described as “earthy.” Some get used to it and some still don’t like it after months of use. Bottom line, we don’t take CBD for the taste, but for the internal benefits.
Our tinctures are especially potent, so some users have commented that the feeling is strong even down their throat. In this case, after allowing the oil to absorb sublingually for 90 seconds, drink the oil with half a glass of water to aid in the swallowing. Do not worry about dilution in this case.
Many companies sell flavored tinctures, but most of these do not enhance the CBD experience and only dilute the CBD concentrate. However, we do understand that not everyone needs a strong concentration, and for them the taste might be just as important. For this reason, we will be looking to add tasty flavored tinctures in the near future. Rest assured, we will use no artificial flavors or sweeteners, but will only use the appropriately flavored terpenes to aid in the taste AND overall benefits of the tinctures, so stay tuned.
WHAT MAKES CBDTweet OIL DIFFERENT?

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A CBD ISOLATE AND A CBD FULL SPECTRUM OIL?
CBD isolate contains no other cannabinoids and terpenes other than CBD. Full spectrum CBD oil contains CBD, along with dozens of other beneficial cannabinoids and terpenes. Many experts are finding that when CBD is combined with the other cannabinoids, terpenes and flavanoids, there is greater medicinal value. The value is often referred to as the entourage effect. Do not fall for marketing schemes that tout the greatness of pure CBD isolate. They still provide benefits, however, cannot compare in total benefits to the biology as full spectrum can. In basic terms, the trace amounts of THC, cannabinoids and terpenes amplify and deliver the CBD effects much more effectively than CBD alone. Combined with an outstanding carrier such as organic MCT oil (which is all we use) there is no better combination that allows you to gain maximum benefits.
HOW MUCH CBD OIL SHOULD I TAKE?
Unlike drugs or medicines we normally take, CBD is a natural alternative and is considered a supplement. Unlike traditional pills that rely on our weight and condition, CBD is not a one size fits all product. One person may take a full dropper of the 500mg oil and the next make take a full dropper of the 1500mg to receive the same benefit. We have also noticed different conditions need less.
