The popularity of Delta-8 THC that everyone is talking about has become very widespread. You can find products and versions of Delta-8 at local gas stations and convenience stores that sell CBD products. Since there are no federal regulations to govern the use of Delta-8, consumers are advised to do their own research in the market.

The lab reports on these products are currently inconclusive, in that they are mass produced. This is true of the cannabis industry as a whole, including the newfound popularity of Delta-8 and of CBD. A seller in Florida of CBD products and of Delta-8 in particular encourages consumers to check Quick Response codes on package labels, and also to conduct an online search of the validity of the manufacturer on the label. He estimates that Delta-8 sales now comprise about half of his business, and advises customers not to buy Delta-8 from unknown sources. He thinks there are a lot of false claims in the market, and that some of the labeled manufacturers might not even exist.

The next big craze will be of Delta-10 THC, and this derivative will also be legal when it is extracted from hemp. Delta-8 comes from the indica form of hemp, and is recommended for relaxation and nighttime use. It is also beneficial for pain. In contrast, Delta-10 comes from hemp sativa, and this tends to be more energizing, and not cause sleepiness.
