    Yes, that is a good dose to take with a medicine dropper. I take about one third to one half of that, or 12 to 17 mg, to help with sleep and anxiety. It does help, and I use it prn, or pro re nata, meaning when needed, in Latin.

    I only need it before I give a presentation/speech at my job. normally I am ok but when I have to speak in front of more than several people, it really gives me anxiety and panic, so this is a godsend.

    Hey, that sounds good. As was mentioned before about Coca Cola, CBD in products like this can\’t necessarily help with inflammation, but it can help to promote a feeling of well being, maybe by helping to alleviate anxiety symptoms, and hopefully headaches, too.
