KeymasterYes, and you can take pretty many milligrams for anxiety, too. Up to 500 mg.

KeymasterYeah, I still would really love to see the CBD benefits in jelly beans. My fave candy for Easter. And a weakness of mine. 🙂

KeymasterYes, CBD has been proven to be a safe supplement, with fewer side effects than prescription medications. It has also been shown to have benefits for many systems in the body, such as the pain system\’s responses, as well as for the neurologic and dermatologic systems. As mentioned, it can help with pain, anxiety, depression, arthritis and other types of pain, and with skin conditions such as acne.

KeymasterTHC is the psychoactive part of the cannabis plant, meaning that it works on the brain to affect mood. Specifically, it produces a feeling of euphoria and well being. Very little THC should usually be taken, and in CBD products which contain very little THC. This small amount, together with CBD, produces an entourage effect, where the THC and CBD components work together.

KeymasterMedical cannabis is also good from the pain associated with auto-immune disorders, such as lupus, multiple sclerosis and artherolateral sclerosis (ALS). It can also alleviate cancer pain, by interacting with the body\’s natural endocannabinoid syste (ECS).

KeymasterYes, hemp and hemp products, are legal in all 50 states. Hopefully, CBD will be legal in every state, and not be classified as a Schedule 1 controlled substance. But now there has been a new FDA commissioner, and we have the Corona Virus pandemic. It will be a priority one day.

KeymasterYes, CBD tinctures can also be in a droplet form, which are then placed under the tongue, with the medicine dropper. I take about 13-17 mg as needed, for anxiety and insomnia. It is good for each person to see which dosage works best for him or her.
The symptoms of neurological conditions such as autism might require higher dosages. This can include tantrums or agitation, and they may also manifest themselves in schizophrenia, which is a neurological condition that is studied in terms of behavior.

KeymasterGreat posts, and I hope all of you are doing well with your conditions. I have found that between 13-17mg of CBD helps most of my migraines, and has also been helpful for anxiety and insomnia. Cost is a factor, and I do take one Aleve, naproxen sodium, sometimes, with varying degrees of success. Sometimes, it fails to help at all, so I take the CBD sublingual tincture, and it has better results. I\’ll try to post again about cannabis\’s benefits, and hopefully, it keeps working when I need it for pain and sleeplessness.

KeymasterYes, hemp is a useful plant, with many uses in the textile industry, such as for making clothing, and also materials such as rope. Hemp is also relatively easy to grow.

KeymasterYes, CBD has been found to alleviate many types of pain, and it does interact with those receptors. It is also beneficial for calming tantrums in people with ASD, or autism spectrum disorders, and for promoting a relaxed feeling to ease insomnia.
Pain associated with sports injuries, such as muscle tension and ligament and tendon injuries, may recover faster when athletes, both amateur and professional, incorporate the use of CBD into their training and recovery regimens.

KeymasterYes, I have used the sublingual tincture of CBD, in a low dosage of 15-20 mg. I use it when needed for sleep, headaches and anxiety. It helps quickly, and has appeared to alleviate the pain and sleeplessness. Anyone considering using CBD, in its many forms, should consult with a doctor, and choose the method of CBD delivery that is best for him or her. The dosages vary, and will take short term experimentation to know and take the correct therapeutic dose.
It may lower blood pressure a little, and this could be beneficial for some, and not indicated for others, so I advise people to discuss the possibility of use, and the correct dosage, with a physician.

KeymasterCBD is important for the future of a holiatic approach, from both medical and integrative health standpoint. It can be taken in conjunction with traditional medications, or when these have not helped completely. It can alleviate chronic pain, insomnia, anxiety, while producing only minimal side effects. It can be especially beneficial when an opioid analgesic is contra-indicated, or not recommended. CBD has a low risk of dependency, according to current research. A person should check with and inform his or her doctor to see if it will be a beneficial addition to his or her medical treatment.

KeymasterYes, true. Much more research and further study are needed. Cannabidiol can help alleviate various types of chronic pain, such as that caused by nerve pain, sports injuries, and cancer pain. This means it is not a replacement for serious conditions, such as cancer, but it has been shown to work with the body\’s own pain response systems, to promote pain relief. Cannabidiol also has fewer side effects and very low risk for dependency, unlike the opioid analgesics, or painkillers. It is important to inform the doctor, as well as to be informed, when you take it, such as the correct therapeutic dosage, and which form is best for each person, on an individual basis. CBD with a low percentage of THC, or .03%, is usually best, since it does not produce a euphoric or floaty feeling, and is non psychoactive.

KeymasterAuto-flowering cannabis plants begin to flower on their own within 2 to 4 weeks after germination. The 2 main forms of the cannabis plant, forma Indica and forma Sativa, are known as photoperiodic plants. This means they need exposure to 12 hours of light to begin flowering. The plants might not have enough time to finish flowering before the days become shorter. The Ruderalis plant, so named for its red leaves, finishes flowering in fewer than 6 weeks.
Feminized cannabis seeds are being used more often by North American cannabis growers. It is beneficial to have more female plants because they promote effective growing cycles, and save time and space.
